Fuel Filter Assembly

Being a Tier 1 supplier to Bosch our diesel fuel filtration systems used for automotive, construction equipment, stationary engines.

We currently produce 0.2 ,0.5, 0.5 with hand primer 0.7 and 1.1 litre filters used in automotive and industrial applications.

We have exculsive lines set for the next generation CR (Common Rail Filters) and spin on filters with lean manufacturing and automated line.

We have capabilities for mass and flexible production lines to accommodate more volumes. Our in house alloy manufacturing caters the needs for all Die casted parts.


DSI IXETIC unit is exclusive set for manufacturing vaccum pumps, chasis pump and power steering used in modern diesel and petrol vehicles.

Our vaccum pumps are used in engines unable to create sufficient low pressure for the braking system on their own.

The JV already a Tier 1 to two of the most leading OEMs in India.



SIGMAR being a global supplier for sensors and heaters in global automotive industry has tied with the Indian partner DSI to distribute and manufacture their products locally.

Oil Filter Assembly

DRI Plant has been set up to develop the Painting operation for oil filter bowls and assembly of bottom cap used in these Filters for most OEMs in India.

The Plant has Automated Painting line which has been supporting the requirements for MHBI for the past few years.

Located in Tumkur, near Bangalore the plant has plans for expansion for sheet metal manufacturing with automated lines.


CNC Turn Components

The Company has made investment over the years into CNC Turning, CNC Milling and CNC EDM. This has enabled us to offer its customers a cost effective machining service whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.

Tool Room Division

The Tool Room is well equipped with the stateof-the-art CNC machines like CNC Milling, CNC turning and Spark Erosion and also conventional machines like Surface Grinders,Milling Machines etc

The company also specialises in the manufacture of multi-cavity casting dies for high volume products and progression tools toproduce sophisticated shapes forms and profiles. We meet stringent quality standards through TQM and adherence to delivery schedules.

Our Tool Room is staffed with a qualified team of machinists and tool makers with excellent design backup. Our design engineers are well versed in CAD/CAM systems.

The materials used are of the best Specifications and the optimum heat treatment procedures are followed e.g. the core and cavities of the pressure die casting tools are vacuum hardened and nitrided.
