Devilog Systems Founded in 1986 as a Precision Tool Room. The Devilog group, today is a leading precision engineering company having 4 operating divisions, engaged in the manufacture of precision components and assemblies supplying to the automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and their first tier suppliers.

Mr Harbans Thukral

Mr. Harbans Thukral

As Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. Harbans Thukral brings over forty years of rich and varied experience to the company. Mr. Thukral began his professional life as a B Tech (hons.) graduate from IIT Kharagpur in 1962. His first assignment was with Metalbox Co. India Ltd, in Kolkata. He was with the company for 11 years and swiftly made his mark being promoted up the ranks. 1973 saw Harbans Thukral moving to Monotype India Pvt. Ltd as Technical Director. During his tenure with the company, he gained invaluable experience in managing labor, industry, finance and management.

In 1985 Mr Thukral left his assignment with Monotype India Pvt. Ltd. to establish his own company in partnership in the name and style of Devilog Systems (India), a unit engaged in the manufacture of automotive fuel filters. He simultaneously started a business in the manufacture and trading of typewriters and photocopiers. This pioneering effort makes him the first Indian entrepreneur to produce photocopiers and typewriters in India.

Mr. Thukrals ties to the economic community and his sound knowledge of the industry have seen him as a Past President of the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce. He continues to be a respected member of the business community in India.

Mrs Madhu Thukral

Mrs. Madhu Thukral

Mrs Madhu Thukral, Partner, has been an integral part of the company since its inception in 1985. Before joining the family business Mrs Thukral was employed in the field of research and development in the applied botany department of the Punjab University. She has also done honorary work with UAS, Bangalore. She is also a committed social worker and works tirelessly to improve the environment and surroundings in Bangalore.

Mr. Diwyaraj Thukral

Mr. Diwya Raj Thukral

Mr Diwya Raj Thukral joined the family business while pursuing his engineering studies. He has graduated from University of Technology Sydney with a BE degree and a diploma in engineering practices. He has learnt the ins and outs of the business from the ground up. Over the past decade, he has gradually taken over the day to day running of the company and has been responsible for the current expansion of the business. His systematic and creative approach has resulted in the delivery of enhanced returns to the company.

Mr Diwya Raj Thukral has been instrumental in setting up two valuable joint ventures with IXETIC (Germany) and SIGMAR (Italy) to manufacture their products locally.

Chairman's Message

Incorporated in March 1985, DSI completes 25 years since its inception as a family run organisation. From its beginnings as a producer of office automation systems, the company expanded its scope to include CNC machines for tooling and precision engineering components. The company has been producing auto parts for automotive assemblies and filtration systems since 1992. This year we celebrate yet another milestone as we join hands with our German partners Ixetic for the production of vacuum pumps.

As we look back at the journey of the last three decades, we are over whelmed by the enduring encouragement and support extended by all our customers and employees as well as our suppliers who have helped us to sustain and grow. To them we owe a deep debt of gratitude.

We'are confident that we are well prepared to meet the challenges of the huge transformation taking place around us in the global scenario. We will, in this arduous task, be guided by our vision to excel as a trusted, socially responsible and customer driven organisation.
